Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field.
MBA or additional certifications in operations or leadership is a plus.
At least 35 years of experience in a similar managerial role in the food & beverage or retail industry.
Proven track record in managing multiple store locations or branches.
Strong leadership team development and staff management skills.
Ability to motivate and guide store teams to meet KPIs and brand standards.
In-depth knowledge of store operations inventory control and quality assurance.
Familiar with POS systems cost control and standard operating procedures.
Commitment to excellent customer experience.
Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in analyzing sales reports identifying trends and proposing action plans.
Willingness to travel to different branches regularly.
Amenable to work on weekends holidays or extended hours as of Macao Imperial Teas brand identity menu and customer base is an advantage.
