This role is the Brand Lead and fully accountable for the UK Marketing commercialisation of a highly scientific rare disease HaemOnc product within Sobi. The individual will be required to work to the highest of standards in a fast-paced environment whilst leading the cross-functional teams to develop and deliver the Brand Plan strategy and activities. The role is also the key Brand Lead engaged in collaborative working practices with the global organisation.
The product is young in its life cycle having been very successfully launched in 2024 the priority is to continue growth within its current licensed indication and beyond with the expectation to gain future licensed indications (subject to approval) within the near future.
Reports to: Marketing Manager Specialty Care UK and RoI
Location: Hybrid role with the expectation of attendance at the Cambridge office (minimum 1 day/week as an average) and relevant off-site meetings including some global travel. Travel to the Cambridge office will not be reimbursed due to the additional benefit of flexible home-based working.

Youre a proactive and strategic marketer with UK pharmaceutical experience confident working cross-functionally and leading from the front. You thrive on turning insights into action are digitally savvy and bring energy creativity and purpose to everything you do. Ready to make a real impact youre looking for a role where your contribution truly matters. The role is a highly desirable role within the Haem-Onc market and a strategically important Brand for Sobi. The role will be expected to demonstrate leadership and robust decision making tenacity energy and a passion for making a positive difference to internal and external stakeholders.
What were looking for
The role may require the working of occasional unsociable hours; some weekend working and some overnight stays may be required for key meetings such as conferences or training events and therefore the candidate will need to be able to attend for such occasions
