Completions & Commissioning Lead

Youll have:

Several of professional experience in Field delivery of Completions & Commissioning. Demonstrable Track record in leading successful Completions & Commissioning of major EPC projects.

Existing right to work in the UK is mandatory.

Actively promotes and supports implementation of project safety culture practices and procedures.

Experienced Commissioning and Completions Manager with proven track record of successful delivery on large scale capital projects.

Experience and understanding of various Completions Management Systems.

Experience of working in various worldwide locations.

A network of high-level key client contacts and ability to enhance customer relationships.

Motivational leadership style with very strong communication skills and ability to develop a high-performance culture.

Good reporting and analytical skills able to interrogate project Metrics and identify issues and blockers.

Completions & Commissioning Lead

Youll be:

• Governance and oversite for a portfolio of Projects within EUCA with the ability to influence successful Completions & Commissioning of all projects.
• Engagement in strategy pursuits & proposals for projects within EUCA.
• Identify key projects where inclusion of Commissioning and Completions management teams can increase the GM on projects bring value to project execution and drive project delivery in line with the Worley BM of right to left-thinking.
• Develop standardisation of Commissioning and Completions processes across Projects utilising Worley Company tools (SMART Completions) and in line with Advanced Work Packing methodology.
• Identify and execute strategies where optimisation of resources from various parts of the Global Business Units (GID) can be used to support projects maximising returns. Active participation in Team selection and appointment of Commissioning & Completions Managers.
• Develop a network team of Commissioning and Completions Managers and personnel that can support and execute Projects within EUCA.
• Develop a reliable EPCM solution for EUCA markets by engaging Service suppliers with proven track records delivering Commissioning Services on major capital projects globally.
• Ensure that Commissioning is embedded in the Value Creation framework through communication to various BD teams at the Opening Game stage on projects and with PMs on individual Projects. Convey a clear message that Worley can deliver Commissioning Execution through early engagement with projects at bid and Pre-FEED/FEED stage.
• Develop a Commissioning test case to support Bid and Pre-FEED/FEED work using Lessons learned evidence.
• Identify areas of the Commissioning and Completions processes that can be expedited through collaboration with Global Digital Initiatives teams to constantly improve the way we work and maintain best in class standard approach.
• Responsible for increasing the turnover of the Commissioning and Completions section(s) of the Business. Analyse existing projects and contracts to ensure Commissioning and Completions services supplied are in line with the Worley minimum GM for projects. Conduct audits of all existing projects and contracts to confirm Commissioning and Completions are bringing maximum value to Worley and are operating efficiently. Conduct reviews to ensure customers are informed of Worley Commissioning and Completions services and benefits.
• Mentoring and development responsibility for the Home Office Commissioning and Completions Managers within the function in the region.
• Develop strong customer relationships and participation in customer meetings ensuring continuous improvement in the space of Commissioning & Completions.
