Paint/Loading Lead - 3-Day Weekend Shift!
Cocoa FL Fri-Sun 6 AM-6 PM
MetCon a leader in structural steel fabrication and erection is seeking a handson Paint/Loading Lead to oversee paint and loading operations. Youll lead a skilled crew ensure quality safety and ontime delivery and enjoy a fulltime role with only 3 workdays per week.
What Youll Do:
Lead & train paint/loading team
Ensure quality & safety standards (AISC)
Coordinate shipping & loading activities
Perform QA/QC checks and maintain documentation
What You Bring:
3 years structural steel painting/loading experience
Leadership experience preferred
Safetyfirst mindset & strong communication skills
