Job Description
- Experience in roles that include hands on technical support help desk logistics or technical training in computer engineering or a related IT field.
- Ability to safely work at heights using step ladders podium platforms and people lifts adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ability to safely use hand-held tools such as electric drills safety cutters fiber testing kits etc.
- Ability to work extended shifts within a data center environment withstanding heat levels ranging from 79F to upwards of 105F while maintaining appropriate hydration.
- Able to participate in rotational on-call duties providing after-hours support in a 24/7 operational environment as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year experience directly supporting IT hardware Infrastructure and working inside of production data center environment.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A Network
- Experience in following established procedures performing network connectivity tasks hardware component swaps or installing hardware infrastructure.
- Experience using and/or supporting computer operating systems.
- Familiar with productivity applications such as workflow systems collaboration email and scheduling tools.
- Ability to travel to foreign and domestic locations.
