Job Description
Role: Post-Harvest Technician
Location: New Castle PA
Full Time

Your Impact:
- Effectively lead team members in all post-harvest processes
- Maintain facilities cleanliness as well as equipment/room sanitization and sterilization
- Monitor weight and accuracy of recorded post-harvest materials
- Tag flower and trim for compliance
- Complete daily weekly and monthly post-harvest logs
Your Strengths:
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of trimming/drying and other postharvest tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.
- Passionate about the cannabis industry and the plant itself.
