Job Description

Are you our new Retail Expansion Manager looking forward to further develop and improve our store network in Italy In your role you will source validate and negotiate new premises for Rituals and work on the retail expansion of the brand for both new stores and relocations.

 

With your solid knowledge of the commercial real estate market you are able to find the best opportunities. You make sure that what you negotiate financially and legally is the best situation for Rituals and ensures our long term sustainable growth. Your main missions will be to:

 

  • Ensure continued retail development in the Italian market with a main focus on high street locations;
  • Conduct thorough market research and location analysis to identify strategic opportunities that align with our expansion goals ;
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords other retailers developers and brokers;
  • Find and negotiate new locations prepare the most complete and accurate Business Plans reporting then to the local and central management team;

Work in close collaboration with the construction department and other teams


Qualifications :

High on energy low on ego and with more than a little humour. Your main quality is your commercial mindset and skill to negotiate the best deals for Rituals. Additionally you will have:

  •  5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise and knowledge of the values of high streets across Italy and you master the fundamentals of the commercial lease
  • A positive and proactive can do mentality at all times
  • Are an excellent brand ambassador representing our brand with utmost enthusiasm and integrity.
  • You are an agile negotiator and master the art of give and take
  • You are an apt strategist with strong analytical skills
  • Are a selfstarter and can work independently as well as collaboratively within a group
  • Work in a structured manner and report in a clear and efficient way

Can travel on a regular basis to multiple cities across the region.
