Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa is a leading luxury spa destination in the North West of England. Set in 200 acres of lush green landscape we offer the perfect escape for those wanting a relaxing spa break be it as a member day visitor or residential guest.

Our current Spa & Leisure facilities offer 10 treatment rooms several relaxation lounges and thermal experiences. Spa guests also enjoy complimentary access to our 20-metre pool hydrotherapy pool poolside thermal experiences state of the art gym and fitness studio.
Whats the role
As Spa & Leisure Manager you will be joining an established management team in a business that is constantly investing in its facilities and its people.
You will be leading a team of 15 therapists along with the fitness team ensuring that the treatments and journey our guests experience during their stay is the absolute best-in-class.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the overall Spa & Leisure Strategy which with the support of our Sales Marketing Finance and HR teams will include planning and implementing sales and marketing activities; forecasting budgeting and reporting for the year ahead; recruiting developing and training a talented team and generally managing the achievement of a successful Spa & Leisure business.

We need you to have confident communication skills and an easy ability to establish rapport with colleagues and guests alike.
It goes without saying that we need you to have a visible enthusiasm for the Spa & Leisure industry a passion for staying on trend with the latest Spa treatments and innovations and an initiative for identifying and implementing new business opportunities.
