Now Hiring: Working Foreman Water/Wastewater Operations
DMV Area Direct Hire Full-Time
Were looking for a hands-on Working Foreman to lead field crews at water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations. This role combines leadership with active maintenance workperfect for someone who leads by example and understands the technical side.
Dont have exact waste water building experienceHave a mechanical electrical or plumbing background Were open to training candidates looking to grow into the water/wastewater industry!
What Youll Do:
Lead crews on-site for equipment maintenance and repair
Ensure safety and regulatory standards are met
Collaborate with engineers and project managers
Keep accurate records and support preventative maintenance
What You Bring:
5 years in water/wastewater or MEP-related roles
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with plant systems (pumps clarifiers etc.)
OSHA knowledge certifications a plus but not required
