Job Description
** COMMUNICATION REGARDING TEST INFORMATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL **
PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK
The position is required to assist and supervise a crew assigned to mowing and maintaining boulevards and medians throughout Lafayette which may include litter removal trimming mowing pruning & mulching.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from high school or GED and experience in the maintenance repair and minor construction of municipal facilities; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
NECESSARY SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a valid drivers license to apply. Possession of a valid Louisiana drivers license prior to appointment.
TYPE OF EXAMINATION
Examination will be a multiple-choice test.
