WHAT WED LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Provide support in collecting analyzing and maintaining key performance data. Assist in preparing and regularly updating reports and dashboards using tools like Google Sheets and our CRM system Salesforce to ensure our team has accurate and timely information.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve issues in Salesforce to ensure the accuracy of customer information.

• Assist in communicating the Growth Strategy teams initiatives and updates to other departments via platforms like Confluence and Slack.

• Provide comprehensive support for the Growth Academy project to enable sales and success employees and improve overall productivity.

• Contribute towards the kick-ass mentality of the Growth Strategy Team

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business operations and performance metrics.

• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and/or data visualisation tools would be highly advantageous.

• A comfortable communicator verbal and written with the ability to formulate and express opinions and ideas

• Willingness to learn and grow within a data-driven commercially-focused team

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for personal and professional development

• Ambitious about your future driven to make the most out of all opportunities

• Interest in business fashion retail ecommerce and/or technology

• A winning mindset will be favoured over skills and experience
