Job Description
Rental Coordinator
North Country Ford is adding a Rental Coordinator for our busy dealership. This Role will dispatch rental vehicles to customers dispatch rides for customers coordinate pick-up and delivery appointments and perform administrative tracking reporting. This role also performs rental cleaning after checking rentals in that includes running car through the car wash and performing interior vacuum. This role also supports the service department performing runner duties that include performing walk-around videos using an IPAD. This role also moves cars from the service drive to the parking lot after vehicles are checked in. Using dealership softwareTSD Loaner Software and the Redcap website you administer these programs. Our dealership has 75 rental vehicles in the fleet and we are very busy.
$20/hour
