Position Overview:
The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing repairs on vehicles and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The Technician will be expected to work independently follow all company policies and communicate with their team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as outlined on repair order
- Perform all work specified on repair orders
- Maintain a clean work environment including but not limited to: cleaning vehicle removing trash from shop sweeping/mopping etc.
- Maintain regular communication with Shop Manager in regards to vehicle status
- Communicate with management regarding vehicle status at the completion of service repair or issues
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures including: Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) etc.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Compensation:
$19.00 - $30.00 Flat Rate Based on Experience and Skill set
Additional Information:
- Full-time position
- Monthly Billed Hours Bonus
- Must be able to reliably commute to an onsite location - Lakeland Florida (required)
