Job Summary
Under the direction of the Manager of Mission the role of the Mission Coach is integral toactivating and imbedding the Mission and Values of DAP Health into the hearts and minds ofevery Team Member. The Mission Coach works closely with leaders and Team Membersacross the organization to cultivate a culture of lived Mission and Values in goal setting processimprovement interpersonal relationships communication and trainings. This role is highlyempathic relational motivational demonstrating a passion for service and capacity to inspireand collaborate well with others.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Embody DAP Healths Mission and Values consistently
• Establish effective and trusted key relationships across the organization
• Coach Team Members to keep a line of sight to the Members and community DAPHealth serves
• Work closely with Team Members and leaders as needed in cultivating theircompetencies (Knowledge Skills Abilities) to live the Mission and Values consistently
• Identify obstacles and barriers to Living the Mission and recommend strategies
• Guide and assist leaders in recognizing capturing and sharing Mission Moments
• Support Team Members and leaders as needed in building personal and teamownership of DAP Healths Mission Vision and Values
• Lead and facilitate team conversations or team building events to assist teams inovercoming barriers to working collaboratively and living the mission vision and values
• Maintain existing employee wellness programs and discounts
• Collaborates with Learning and Development team to develop comprehensive trainingmaterials on psychological safety
• Partner with the Learning and Development team to address any potential learning gapswhile assessing different teams.
• Participate as needed with clinical departments in integrating DAP Healths MissionVision and Values for Members into assessments and trainings
• Collaborate with necessary departments on the goals of the Strategic Plan with a focuson:
  • Goal 1: Organizational Strength Mission Vision and Values
  • Goal 2: Strategy - education and formation in Mission
• Participate in Mission Team effectiveness analysis and reporting.
• Participate in Mission Vision and Values external strategies as needed

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to facilitate one on one conversations as well as group conversations
• Strong and engaging presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to present data multiple different ways to ensure learning of all styles
• Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to:
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring all sensitive matters remainconfidential
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of individuals both internally andexternally
  • Provide excellent customer service skills including phone and in person
  • Work in collaboration with a team and respectfully challenge and expressopinions
• Must display the ability for captivating storytelling coaching with empathy activelistening and the ability to encourage empower and motivate others
• Ability to embrace and set the example of the DAP Health mission and vision

Education and Experience

• Minimum three (3) years of experience teaching facilitating or coaching required
• Bachelors degree in a related field such as Business Administration BusinessManagement Organizational Leadership or Organizational Development
• Minimum one years experience facilitating presentations
• Masters degree preferred

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• This position is on-site at DAP Sunrise Admin
• This job operates in an office setting and requires constant times of sitting repetitivemotion and occasional standing times
• Ability to lift up to 24 pounds
• Requires current and valid drivers license and current personal auto insurance
• Some travel mostly within business hours for support to DAP Health locationsthroughout San Diego and the Coachella Valley
