Compensation:
$30.00 - $31.00/hour

Location: A Vivo Infusion Corporate Office; Lakewood CO or Grand Rapids MI
This position requires 20-40% travel with the remainder of the time working on-site from one of the Vivo corporate offices. We are not accepting remote candidates. Only those residing within a daily commutable distance to either Lakewood CO or Grand Rapids MI will be considered.
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide tier 2 IT support by phone in-person and e-mail
- Identify and troubleshoot complex problems with hardware software or network and work with the corporate IT team to solve issues
- Must be able to recognize and escalate more difficult issues while providing appropriate information
- Active Directory password resets account provisioning to include new user equipment builds and decommissions
- Software applications support
- Assist customers with navigation around application
- Logging all call activity
- Provide a high level of customer support
- Onsite equipment moves set up and replacement (cabling phones printers computers WiFi firewalls switches etc.)
- Independently setup new clinics (user endpoints network equipment cable management etc.)
- Able to create and use knowledge base documents and web searching to resolve issues
- Rotating Saturday on call
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with management on projects including planning testing and executing projects
- Document unique solutions
- Report any problems/issues promptly
- Attend necessary meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Out of state travel to assist at clinics
- Mentoring Tier I IT Technicians
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field or a corresponding number of years experience in IT required.
- 2-4 years prior experience in an information technology environment performing similar duties
- Must have a current and valid state drivers license
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office products (Windows 10/11 Pro and Office/Exchange 365)
- Intermediate knowledge of networking protocols and standards (LAN WAN Wi-Fi Ethernet firewalls routers and switches)
- Intermediate knowledge of servers (Microsoft machine accounts domain user accounts file servers AD and Exchange)
- Experience in setting up workstations and assembling equipment
- Experience in terminal service type environments
- Intermediate knowledge of login scripts drive mappings and folder permissions
- Skilled in printing protocols
- Understanding of HIPAA
- Must be a fast learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to work in a team environment yet autonomously with self-motivation including keeping forward momentum on projects and working with team members to achieve a common goal
- Must be able to multi-task and change priorities based on criticality
- Must be flexible when it comes to clinical treatment hours and scheduling demands
- Ability to work with resources long distance and take direction from various contacts

This role requires travel (20%-40%) to existing VIVO INFUSION clinics acquisitions and new clinic builds.
The person in this position must be able to operate and drive a vehicle to work sites.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color differentiation distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand; walk and talk hear and smell. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. He/she is occasionally required to sit; stoop kneel bend crouch or crawl. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Requires excellent visual dexterity and manual dexterity may occasionally install cables or equipment in tight physical environments. Position may require working a non-traditional work schedule (periodically) or working outside normal business hours responsibilities include working evenings and weekends when needed.
