Modern Amenities is re-imagining the vending industry.

Our mission Empower entrepreneurs to launch and scale profitable tech-enabled vending routes in their communities. By combining premium products smart technology and standout customer experiences were setting a bold new standard in automated retailcoast to coast.

Were now seeking a strategic hands-on VP of Sales to lead and scale this mission nationwide.

Important: This is a fully onsite position in Eugene Oregon. We encourage candidates currently residing in Oregon to apply.

What Youll Own: Build & Scale a Sales Powerhouse

As VP of Sales youll take full ownership of national revenue performance while leading coaching and scaling our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership Build and execute a data-driven GTM strategy to meet and exceed aggressive revenue targets.
  • Team Management at Scale Lead a team of multiple sales managers each overseeing 1012 high-performing reps across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Talent Development & Coaching Recruit onboard and mentor sales leadership and reps. Create a culture of coaching accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Ownership Own full-funnel forecasting reporting and revenue predictability. Build dashboards that drive clarity and performance.
  • Sales Process Optimization Identify friction points in the sales cycle and implement automation tech stack enhancements and repeatable playbooks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Align closely with Marketing Customer Success and Operations to support shared revenue goals.
  • Sales Tech Enablement Drive CRM adoption (Salesforce or HubSpot) reporting automation and enablement tools.

What Were Looking For

  • Leadership Experience Must have experience managing multiple sales managers with distributed teams of 1012 reps each. Track record of scaling high-performance sales orgs.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution 5 years of experience leading strategic initiatives in a metrics-driven sales environment.
  • Team Builder Experience hiring coaching and retaining top-tier talent in a fast-paced high-growth setting.
  • Business & Financial Acumen Comfortable with forecasting pipeline metrics and budget planning.
  • Operational Mindset Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) sales automation tools and funnel optimization.
  • Strong Communicator & Coach Confident presenting to leadership but equally comfortable in one-on-one rep coaching sessions.
  • Startup Mentality You thrive in ambiguity move fast and adapt quickly. Youre not afraid to build the plane while flying it.
