We are looking for a Partner Solutions Strategist to join our Strategic Partnerships team as a lead Strategist driving solution development engagements with our largest System Integrator and Agency partners. This person will have a strong executive presence and the ability to navigate large organizations with intelligence and discernment.
This role involves:
Coordination of engagements across Adobe sales and partner teams crafting industry specific partner solutions and managing executive engagements within Adobe and our System Integrator and Agency Partners.
Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with partner executives as an Adobe strategic partnerships leader.
The Partner Solutions Strategist will also play a meaningful role in elevating the Adobe Partner teams success crafting thought leadership and guiding Adobe and Partner GTM teams toward outstanding engagement management.
The right individual will harness industry specific point-of-views on how unified customer experiences and the content workflows combine with services and third party IP to deliver outstanding real-time personalization and drive value for Fortune 500 enterprise customers. That knowledge will be used to:
Conduct capability workshops: Lead workshops and strategic sessions that result in the creation of Partner Adobe solution capabilities and drive successful engagements with clients.
Lead high-impact partner engagements working with C-suite and senior executives to drive customer experience innovation technology adoption and organizational change.
Develop and implement strategic roadmaps that align marketing data customer experience and technology ecosystems ensuring enterprises realize the full value of Adobe solutions.
Navigate enterprise environments using deep organizational awareness and tact to align cross-functional teams and ensure executional success.
Facilitate executive conversations craft long-term vision and influence customers across marketing IT product and analytics teams.
Guide organizations through organizational change helping them adopt data-driven decision-making automation and real-time personalization to drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams encouraging a high-performance environment and continuously improving standard engagement processes.
Balance strategic vision with executional perfection ensuring Adobes strategies translate into measurable results and sustained success with our partners.
What you need to succeed
10 years of enterprise-level experience engaging with high-profile executives and projects with tier-1 SIs and Agencies that service Fortune 500 clients.
Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud and Digital Media Enterprise solutions including creative production content supply chain experience orchestration process automation real-time personalization generative AI and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to travel as needed.
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
