Business Development Manager
South West London
55000 - 65000 (DOE) Commission
The Externals Group are working with one of the London & the South Easts leading commercial roofing contractors. With over 40 years of expertise in the UK Roofing our client is a trusted name in delivering high-quality solutions.
As a BDM you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of our clients sales and growth strategy as they expand across London and the South of England. Youll play a key role in shaping a high-performing Sales division and have a direct impact on the future of the business.
A Day in the Life:
- Lead and execute our business development and sales strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and key stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities in London and the South
- Attend meetings events and networking functions to raise the company profile

Key Requirements:
- Commercial roofing knowledge & expertise
- Previous experience in roofing sales & business development
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and win business
- Confident using CRM systems like HubSpot
