- Lead and manage regional sales and key account team by overseeing activities and monitoring performance
- Develop and own the strategic sales plan in alignment with business goals and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities build relationships with top accounts and strengthen existing partnerships
- Set and monitor KPIs quotas and performance targets across all markets
- Work cross-functionally especially with Marketing Revenue and E-Commerce teams to align strategies and maximize impact
- Support budgeting and forecasting ensuring accurate planning and reporting
- Represent Penta at industry events trade shows and client meetings positioning the brand as a bold and reliable partner
These are your talents
- Proven leadership experience in sales within the hotel or tourism industry (regional or multi-property level preferred)
- A strong grasp of revenue management distribution and channel strategy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- A data-driven approachyou know your way around reports KPIs and CRM tools
- Confidence working with systems such as Salesforce Hotelligence 360 Microsoft Dynamics and others
- The ability to work independently make decisions and inspire teams with clear direction
- A flexible open-minded personality ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
