Job Description
Leidos is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team responsible for the integration operations and sustainment of various operational and in-development systems. This position will help lead a team made up of cyber security engineers tasked with keeping all our systems compliant with geospatial-intelligence agency policies. This includes also managing cyber security tasking across all task orders on program working meticulously with our cyber security manager and program leadership with additional responsibility covering various briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Help manage team and program roadmaps
- Drive the daily execution of an agile engineering team
- Help define document and track the completion of Epics Stories Tasks and Bugs
- Communicate with other Scrum masters program leadership customer and development teams to report on status blockers etc.
- Run agile meetings such as daily scrum retrospectives and planning
- Remove impediments that disrupt delivery of tasking for the team
- Ensure each team member is working to full dedicated capacity
Basic Qualifications
- Requires BS degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 years of prior relevant experience and 4 years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
- Active Top Secret Clearance and the ability to achieve TS/SCI with Poly post hire
- Agile Development knowledge and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills and strong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail
- Capacity to work well in groups and the ability to lead a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe Agile Certification/Scrum Master Certification
- CompTIA Security
- Jira/Confluence collaboration tools experience
- Geospatial Experience including tools such as ArcGIS
- Proven ability to identify and remove blockers and impediments
- NIST A&A RMF XACTA Vulnerability Management CONMON

Pay Range:
Pay Range $126100.00 - $227950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
