Job Description: Scrum Master
Department: Education Management
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Project Management
Introduction:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for agile project management Atlantis University is seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our team and drive the successful delivery of projects in the Education Management industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to success we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles
- Remove impediments to team progress and ensure project timelines are met
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality solutions
- Track and report on project progress risks and issues
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role preferably in the Education Management industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
