Berklee is looking for a thoughtful curious and data-driven professional to join the Enrollment Analytics team as the Assistant Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics. This position is a unique opportunity to combine analytical expertise with mission-driven impacthelping Berklee attract enroll and support a diverse population of students pursuing careers in music the arts and beyond.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics the Assistant Director plays a key role in supporting Berklees Strategic Enrollment Management efforts. This includes building analytic capacity for advising and student success teams on the Berklee Bridge empowering data-informed decision-making and helping shape the future of the colleges enrollment and student support strategies.

Hiring Range: $84000 to $99000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
