What Youll Do:
Were seeking a highly organized multitasker to provide executive support to our Vice Presidents while ensuring smooth operations at our Foxboro Administration Offices. This dynamic role combines high-level administrative work office management and coordination of our per diem nursing pool perfect for someone who thrives on variety and making systems work better.
Executive Support
Provide direct administrative support to division VPs
Conduct research analyze clinical data and assist with special projects
Maintain organizational charts and run monthly on-call reports
Office Leadership
Serve as primary receptionist and manage front office operations
Coordinate onboarding badge administration and interview scheduling
Manage conference rooms training setups and office supplies
Per Diem Nursing Coordination
Schedule and track training requirements for nursing staff
Conduct monthly check-ins and manage compliance documentation
Process contracts review timecards and handle payroll coordination
Data & Compliance
Generate reports and analyze scheduling data
Ensure staff compliance with health requirements (TB tests N95 fit testing)
Monitor and audit timecard codes for accuracy
What You Bring:
3-5 years office/administrative experience (Bachelors degree preferred)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel proficiency
Experience in healthcare staffing/scheduling (a plus)
Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
