Make a difference as HR Generalist
As HR Generalist you will be responsible for:
Managing accurate and compliant personnel administration
Coordinating onboarding transfers and offboarding processes
Managing the recruitment process according to set standards to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Maintaining and executing local HR policies and tools
Supporting organizational change and talent retention strategies
Actively participating in cross-functional projects
Implementing local HR policies and processes aligned with the global strategy
You will report to the Regional HR Manager and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the USA and Canada as part of an international HR team.
What you bring as a future colleague
A bachelors degree in human resources or a related field
A minimum of 5 years experience in HR operations preferably in California
Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus
Strong knowledge of HR processes and California labor legislation
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
A genuine enthusiasm for learning and continuous development
Proficiency in HR systems and tools
A proactive and collaborative mindset

What can you expect from us
The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the starting pay range and benefits for this position. The compensation offered to the successful candidate depends on experience skills education work location and other objective job-related factors.
Estimated salary pay range: $80000 - $96000
