Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Quick Lane Manager to join our team! You will oversee the daily operations of our Tire & Auto Center and be responsible for managing and supervising a team of service technicians and mechanics; ensuring efficient and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance; monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of parts and supplies; coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction; providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction; implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment; and conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members. Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership
Organize and prepare for the days appointments
Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner
Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication
Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order
Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training
Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and organized
Valid driver license
At least 3-5 years experience in retail or automotive management
Service Technician experience preferred
Strong use of technological devices including tablets
