Description

  • The role is responsible for leading and executing high-priority initiatives that enhance quality operational efficiency stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment across the organization
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-function projects developing effective communication strategies and driving organizational changes in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and oversee special projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities
    • Develop project plans timelines budgets and performance metrics to track progress and ensure timely delivery
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams facilitating collaboration between departments to achieve project objectives
    • Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure project success within scope time and budget constraints
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for special projects ensuring clear messaging and engagement across internal and external stakeholders
    • Act as liaison between leadership clinical teams administrative staff and external partners to facilitate project success
    • Prepare reports presentations and updates for executive leadership and key stakeholders
    • Organize and lead meetings workshops and training sessions to ensure alignment and adoption of new initiatives
  • Strategic & Operational Support
    • Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and project development
    • Monitor healthcare industry trends regulatory changes and best practices to inform project strategies
  • Additional Duties As Assigned
  • Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required
  • Work Type: On-Site employee - Works in the office or at a physical workplace interacting with colleagues face-to-face

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education - Bachelors in healthcare administration business communications public health or a related field
  • Experience - 5 years of experience in project management and communication within a healthcare setting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration public health nursing regulatory affairs or a related field
  • 5 Years Experience Project management experience preferably in a healthcare regulatory quality or compliance setting
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
  • PMP or similar certification strongly preferred

Knowledge skills and ability requirements:

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects preferably in a hospital health system or managed care organization
