What Youll Do
Our team contributes to building theanalytics data productthat represents the world through fused sensor inputs and rich system knowledge delivering a trusted real-time scene understanding engine. As a member of our team you will be part of architecting and developing the data model that integrates multi-sensor data and incorporates logic rules physical constraints and dynamic behavior into one unified model for meaningful context-aware representations. Your focus will be on delivering the critical middle layer that bridges machine learning models and algorithm outputs with business logic for surveillance and safety applications. Your contribution ensures practical product-driven fusion solutions that enhance scene understanding and interpretation and support downstream analytics business logic and metadata applications.
Every day you will collaborate closely with algorithm developers product managers and other colleagues to ensure the analytics data product meets real-world use case needs and drives impactful business outcomes. You will also roll up your sleeves yourself and together with your team validate use case accuracy performance and optimize your solutions as appropriate. Youll mentor and inspire your peers foster a culture of innovation and collaborate across teams to ensure our solutions are not just theoretically elegant but product-ready and impactful.

More concretely we would like you to bring
- Vast experienced with scene understanding semantic data modelling and sensor fusion especially with video and are comfortable applying logic rules physical constraints and dynamic system knowledge to create meaningful data representations.
- Passion about scene understanding and modelling real-world environments from sensor data to enable product-driven innovations.
- Background in video analytics computer vision or related domains with strong algorithm development skills including multi-sensor integration real-time processing and analytics accuracy performance evaluation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication ability with fluency in English and Swedish is a bonus.
- Software savvy e.g. Python and C and knowledgeable on how to develop software for products.
- Experience mentoring and coaching your team with a commitment to fostering inclusive collaborative environments where diverse perspectives thrive for innovation and product-focused development.
