About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced Asset Risk and Performance Manager to lead the development of asset strategies standards and long-term planning to ensure the safety reliability and performance of our electrical network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of asset strategies policies and standards informed by FMECA and lifecycle analysis ensuring our network is safe reliable and cost-effective throughout its lifespan.
  • Oversee preventative and condition-based maintenance practices working closely with Field Operations and the EPMO to ensure proactive risk management and consistent asset performance.
  • Manage vegetation strategies in partnership with Major Contracts and Procurement teams supporting safe and efficient network operations.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to design and maintain robust asset risk and intervention value models that guide asset strategies investment decisions and climate resilience planning.
  • Drive long-term asset planning and forecasting developing intervention strategies and maintenance programs that balance performance safety and sustainability.
  • Lead condition monitoring and use data insights to identify performance issues and recommend responsive improvements beyond standard practices.
  • Support team development mentoring and inclusive leadership while contributing to the delivery of Endeavour Energys Network Business and Corporate Strategies.
  • Offer trusted technical advice across teams to support network expansion incident recovery and problem-solving.
  • Represent Endeavour Energy on industry panels fostering collaboration and alignment on technical standards and best practices.

What Youll Bring:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in asset management risk forecasting and power systems.
  • An analytical mindset with knowledge of optimisation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven leadership capability and commercial acumen.
