We believe you have a university degree in computer science or similar relevant area.

What youll do as an Embedded Software Engineer:

As an embedded software engineer in our team you will work together with otherpersons within software as well as from other domains.

We work in projects and you will be part from the concept phase to when the product is live on the market. At Axis the project members are the driving force and the decision makers in alignment with the stakeholders. A typical project takes somewhere between onetotwo years to deliver.

On the software side our responsibilities span from bare metal through APIs to web-based interfaces with the main work being:

• Developing software in C or C for Linux embedded systems.

• Developing software in C for MCU (for example Bare-Metal or using FreeRTOS).

• Using Git Gerrit and GitHub for revision handling and review.

• Writing unit and system test cases.

The following would be great merits:

• Knowledge on languages and libraries such asRust Python Typescript and React.

• Experience working closely with a hardware team.

• Experience working with Yocto and Linux systems.

• Experience working with AI tools for software development.
