Description:WHAT WERE DOING
We specialize in Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) that provide advanced capabilities to serve the defense industry. Our RMS Training and Logistic Solutions (TLS) are designed to meet the unique needs of our customers offering unparalleled performance reliability and versatility. We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire system lifecycle from design and development to deployment and maintenance. With a focus on innovation quality and customer satisfaction we are committed to delivering RMS solutions that exceed expectations and set new standards for performance and reliability.
THE WORK
This job consists of installing various types of hardware using hand tools and pneumatic presses. Drill and assemble unique assemblies using complex drill templates. Deburring sheet metal parts where required. Sets up and runs milling machines.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 year of hands on experience in a machine shop
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
- General knowledge of machine shop tooling.
- Basic Computer skills
Desired Skills:
Prior Shop experience meeting basic qualifications.
Experience working with Performance Management Teams (PMTs) to identify process improvements.
Experience working with multiple team members in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Clearance Level:None

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day 3 days off per week
