Full-Time On-Site MondayFriday
Crown Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Parts Administrator to join our high-volume Wholesale Parts office in St. Petersburg FL. This is a fast-paced full-time position supporting multiple dealership locations across our group.

What Youll Do:
Process manufacturer claims
Fulfill document requests from customers via email
Review and reconcile work-in-process schedules
Perform general data entry to support the sales team
Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies
Assist with additional duties as needed in a dynamic evolving environment
What Were Looking For:
Strong time management multitasking and problem-solving skills
Automotive industry or dealership experience strongly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 (Outlook Excel Word SharePoint Teams)
Proficient with 10-key typing and basic math
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to stay professional under pressure and shifting workloads
