What youll be doing:
- Process part orders quickly courteously and professionally.
- List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets.
- Write purchase orders for parts and update records and customer files.
- Maintain warranty and special parts inventory.
- Keep work areas clean safe and organized by putting away loose stock.
- Help maintain parts catalogues price schedules and other bulletins.
- Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services.
What we are looking for:
- Bring a fervent passion for powersports and accessories.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in parts and systems.
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach with an outgoing personality whether in-person or over the phone.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy and completeness in all paperwork and reports.
A great attitude will get you 90% there for the rest were looking for:
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience in Supply Chain Receiving Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset.
- Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal retail & wholesale customers.
- Computer literate.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Manitoba Drivers License upon employment.
