Job Description

Staff Analyst (Dept Admin Coordination)

The Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Systems and Product Support Integrated Product Team is seeking a Senior Staff Analyst (Level 4) to support the VC-25B program in San Antonio TX. This team member will provide staff support to the IPT and program management team.

Key responsibilities include planning and execution for key internal and customer-facing meetings staffing planning and management of the IPT deliverables. This team member will be a key member of the Systems and Product Support IPT leadership team. Because the IPT has responsibilities for aircraft systems development production test and delivery as well as support to two VC-25B aircraft this team member will gain experience with the entire aircraft lifecycle and will work across Boeing business units and locations

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives.
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g. budget information workforce levels training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Develops executive level briefings.
  • Leads the design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Leads the development and deployment of training content.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts suppliers partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications
  • 5 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data
  • 5 years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
  • 1 years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
  • 1 years of experience producing presentations at the Executive level

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 4-year college degree in business administration or similar
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
  • Experience working with DOD/Government customers
  • Experience setting and managing Operating Rhythm for large organizations
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or other staffing management tools
