Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our growing physical therapy team in conjunction with our thriving orthopedic surgery practice. We are looking for a candidate with 2 years of clinical experience who is passionate about delivering patient-centered care and contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Full-Time (Preferred)
Part-Time (Available)
Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist in alignment with state regulations and scope of practice.
Execute day-to-day patient care tasks and treatment plans as assigned.
Document and report patient progress concerns or changes to the Physical Therapist and when appropriate to referring physicians.
Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and relevant regulatory standards (federal state and local).
Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination to ensure seamless high-quality care.
Maintain accurate records in accordance with clinical and administrative standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Support the mission of expanding equitable community-based orthopedic and rehabilitation care.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Monday through Friday
Two evenings per week required (until 6:30 PM)
Education:
Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed PTA (preferred)
Language:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Licensure:
Current or pending Illinois Physical Therapy Assistant License (required)
