Working in alignment with YMCA Vitorias philosophy our service prides itself on fostering and enhancing childrens learning through play while also providing our community with high quality care and education.
We are a purpose built facility where the team work together to enhance children curiosity for learning and engage their interests in exploring the world around them. Not only do we focus on a sense of belonging for children but we do this for our education team also.
Our management are very involved and connected with all programs providing mentoring and support for educators as we believed this helps to support our high quality programs.
We believe that all of our team are on a learning journey themselves and we support this with regular staff meeting Professional Development opportunities and opportunities for educators to connect and learn together.
