Job Description
Summary:
An international manufacturer of plastic components is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst with expertise in IQMS to join their team. This role is primarily responsible for promoting standardized procedures supporting demand forecasting and improving process efficiency across operations.
Responsibilities:
* Implement best practices within the IQMS system by supporting and encouraging plant operations to implement standardized processes.
* Design and execute workflows that utilize the sales forecast module to drive production planning and improve inventory management through MRP and related tools.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance reporting functionality within IQMS using Crystal Reports for better data insights.
* Support the continuous improvement of master data by coordinating with team members assigning tasks and overseeing data collection efforts to ensure greater accuracy.
* Remain up to date on the latest developments from the IQMS user group and software updates from Delmia.
* Responsible for suggesting the appropriate timing for implementing patches and system upgrades.
* Coordinate with teams across North America to most efficiently utilize system.
Qualifications:
* Must have 5 years of experience working with IQMS system software in a manufacturing/supply chain setting.
* At least 5 years of experience utilizing IQMS Forecast Module translating forecast data into MRP to support production scheduling and inventory management.
* Prior experience working for an injection molding manufacturer is preferred but not required.
