What Youll Be Doing
Own and grow a portfolio ofconstruction and industrial accounts
Build strong relationships withgeneral contractors developers and project managers
Proactively identify new business opportunities across active and upcoming job sites
Provide customized waste recycling and hauling solutions that meet project needs
Serve as the go-to problem solverresponding quickly and keeping projects on track
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track sales activity forecasts and opportunities using CRM tools
Represent GFL with professionalism grit and a solutions-first mindset
What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience inconstruction sales account management or related B2B roles
Strong understanding of construction environments and job-site dynamics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated competitive and comfortable working independently
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally to job sites
