What youll do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of net-new business. Nashville is home base but our market is only limited by your imagination
  • Drive daily outbound activity: cold calls LinkedIn outreach email networking and in-person prospecting with owners and executives
  • Run sharp first meetings: uncover pain size the business impact and lock down next steps on the call
  • Present ProSafeIT in terms business leaders care about: productivity growth and reduced risk
  • Advance and close deals: negotiate handle objections and collaborate with our consulting team for smooth client handoffs
  • Represent Stringfellow in the market: attend industry events local associations and speaking engagements
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM and keep momentum high


What you bring

  • 25 years of B2B sales experience with a structured approach to new business development (Sandler Jeb Blount or similar frameworks a plus)
  • A track record of hunting and closing new logos not just managing existing accounts
  • Confidence selling to SMB leadership: owners COOs CFOs and operations managers
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability across phone video and in-person settings
  • Self-starter discipline: you manage your own calendar hit your activity targets and hold yourself accountable
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • CRM experience (Salesforce HubSpot or similar) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 are helpful not required
