Job Description
Company Overview:
Modern-Amenities is seeking part-time Sales Representatives experienced in generating sales by building relationships and trust through inbound calls. If you are goal-oriented comfortable working in our office over the phone Zoom or email and eager to join a fast-growing company with unlimited growth potential we want to hear from you!
Shifts available:
- 7:00 am 12:00 pm
- 9:00 am 2:00 pm
- 2:00 pm 6:00 pm
- 2530 hours per week
- Weekend shifts are also available
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22$26 per hour plus uncapped commission

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base increase market share and improve profit margins
- Identify growth opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
- Analyze customer data and market trends to uncover potential prospects
- Conduct regular sales calls to both new and existing customers to effectively present our products and services
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Negotiate competitive and profitable contracts with prospective clients
- Accurately record all customer interactions and activities in our CRM system
- Apply proven sales and marketing techniques to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or account management
- Excellent communication negotiation problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn new products and services
- Self-motivated highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and related software
