Job Description
Were looking for a Product Data Specialist (with French) to manage and maintain accurate high-quality product catalogue data across all this role youll work closely with product marketing product managers and local sales teams to ensure timely and consistent data updates.
Key responsibilities include setting up new product introductions (NPIs) in the Product Information Management (PIM) system maintaining and updating existing data running regular data quality checks and supporting website launchesincluding new developments and language versions. Youll also play a vital role in supporting international customers with their product data needs
JOB DUTIES:
- The day-to-day activity is performed in both French and English language
- Act as an owner of the product content for France and Belgium (French)
- Manually import product information from the datasheets to the new PIM/DAM in order to publish them online
- Implement updates in the PIM/DAM in coordination with product marketing or local content editors
- Run reports in PIM to determine updates required
- Coordinate updates for local language catalogues in PIM work with local sales teams and relevant stakeholders to coordinate translation and implement updates)
- Edit both pictures and pdfs in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Pro to fit the requirements of the new DAM.
- Manage related materials in the DAM: upload PDFs and Pictures assign the necessary metadata
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Data Management experience expert in using MS Access visio excel and office suite
- Basic working knowledge of Sharepoint and Jira
- General Technical Understanding
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French
