Job Description

Sales Account Manager Chepstow 30k35k Uncapped Profit Share Sales Experience Required

The Opportunity:
If you have at least 1 year of proven sales experience and are looking to take the next step in your career as a Sales Account Manager within a market-leading well-established organisation this could be the role for you.

Our client offers a clear structured development training and progression path and is actively looking for ambitious individuals who can become future sales leaders. For the right person with early success there is the potential for fast-track progression into senior positions.

A degree is preferred but not essential drive ambition and proven sales ability matter most.

Our sales-focused client is the market leader in the metal industry with 18 service centres across the UK operating independently. The Chepstow branch supplies a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical engineering oil & gas Formula 1 and aerospace.

The Role: Sales Account Manager:

You will manage and grow an account basethrough new business development and by nurturing existing client relationships. Youll work to daily sales targets negotiate pricing and build profitable long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Account Manager:

  • Achieve and exceed daily sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage both new and existing customer relationships
  • Negotiate payment terms and prices
  • Develop new business from existing accounts
  • Provide accurate quotations to customers
  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Grow your desk into a thriving business unit
