ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client a small Greek company specializing in the production of high- quality and aesthetically pleasing gift boxes is seeking a Sales Account Manager.

Location: Kallithea Greece
Working Model: On-Site
You will be reporting to: Managing Director


Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is drive business growth and increase revenue by expanding their client base. You will be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients responsible for developing new business managing key accounts and ensuring a high-quality experience from inquiry to delivery.

More Specifically:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across various industries.
  • Understand client gifting needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product range.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post- sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. design operations logistics) to fulfill custom orders.
  • Track sales activity pipeline and client communication using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends competitor offerings and client feedback.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales account management or a related role.
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for gift-giving design or brand building is a plus.
