What will you be doing
Youll join our Madrid team to lead end-to-end recruitment processes working closely with our clients and regional teams.
The role involves managing multiple searches simultaneously from intake to candidate presentation across a range of industries and cultures.
Wed love to meet you if you have:
- Previous experience managing full-cycle recruitment ideally in consulting or fast-paced environments.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment tools such as ATS platforms job boards LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
- Strong business understanding and the ability to advise hiring managers on profiles timelines and market trends.
- Experience hiring professionals in fields like tech product marketing and/or sales.
- Great organizational skills with the ability to manage several searches at once and meet recruitment KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative people-first attitude.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
Location: Madrid. Contract type: Six-month direct employment contract. Work model: Hybrid (on-site remote)
