Job Description
We have partnered with a large Construction company in the Indianapolis IN area to provide them with a Foreman-Plumber. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Foreman-Plumber:
#1. Knowledge of plumbing and structural systems
#2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building specifications
#3. Strong supervisory and leadership ability
#4. Organize coordinate and supervise the work of craft employees on construction projects
#5. A total of 4 years (48 months) of work experience in building construction remodeling or construction project coordination
Requirements of the Foreman-Plumber:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A total of 4 years (48 months) of work experience in building construction remodeling or construction project coordination
- General computer writing communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Demands
- Regularly stand bend reach and lift throughout the workday
- Repetitively lift up to 50 pounds
- Climb ladders and work from scaffolding or lifts
- Drive a company vehicle (truck)
- Capable of long-distance travel between job sites
- Perform other manual labor as required
Other Key Requirements:
- 100% in-office work
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
