Job Summary
Experienced Shop Foreman Southaven Kia
Southaven Kia is looking for a seasoned Shop Foreman to lead our service team in our state-of-the-art climate-controlled facility. If you are an experienced technician with leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others this is your opportunity to step into a rewarding role with growth potential.
What Youll Do
Oversee daily shop operations and workflow efficiency.
Lead train and mentor a team of skilled technicians.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet Kias factory standards.
Assist with diagnostics and advanced repairs when needed.
Maintain a safe clean and productive work environment.
Communicate closely with Service Advisors and Management to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Kia/Hyundai experience a plus).
Prior leadership or shop foreman experience strongly preferred.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coach mentor and motivate technicians.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
ASE certifications or Kia Master Technician status a plus.
