Job Description

JD for Delivery Head

Experience in automotive domain

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Deep understanding of project management and delivery frameworks.
Financial acumen and strategic thinking.
Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in engineering Business or related field.
20 years of experience in project/program delivery with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing large-scale complex projects.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and other delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
