Job Description
The Agarwal Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Finance to oversee and manage the complete financial operations of the company including accounting taxation and all documentation related to import/export activities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strategic financial planning regulatory compliance and operational control.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and manage the overall accounting function including general ledger accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations

Oversee all documentation and processes related to import/export transactions including shipping customs and regulatory filings

Track and manage international and domestic payments LC handling and forex-related matters

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST Income Tax TDS and other statutory returns

Monitor cash flow working capital and fund flow management

Prepare and review financial statements MIS reports and budgets

Liaise with auditors banks customs agents and government departments

Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

Provide strategic insights to senior management for business and financial decision-making

Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance with strong exposure to import/export documentation and tax compliance

Professional qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Deep understanding of customs regulations GST income tax and other financial laws

Proven leadership and team management skills

Proficient in financial software ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)

Strong communication analytical and organizational abilities
