Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (YouTube & Social Media Specialist)
Location: Ameerpet Hyderabad (On-site)
Work Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Full-time)
Experience Level: Freshers with prior project/work experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at our Ameerpet Hyderabad office. This role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of YouTube channel management social media marketing and graphic content creation (thumbnails and posters). Ideal candidates are fresh graduates who have already worked on similar projects - either freelance internships or personal brand building and are ready to demonstrate their skills with a portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow the organization s YouTube channel: upload videos optimize metadata create compelling thumbnails monitor analytics and grow subscribers.
* Handle social media platforms like Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn with regular content posting engagement and basic ad management.
* Design thumbnails posters and social media creatives using tools like Canva Photoshop or similar.
* Stay updated on current trends in digital marketing especially related to YouTube and social media platforms.
* Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
* Work from office during scheduled hours (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM).
Requirements:
* Graduation completed in any stream.
* Freshers are welcome but must have relevant experience (freelance internships self-managed channels or pages).
* Portfolio is mandatory applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
* Strong knowledge of YouTube platform and SEO basics for video.
* Basic skills in graphic design tools like Canva Photoshop etc.
* Awareness of latest social media trends and content strategies.
*Good communication and coordination skills.
*Must be willing to work on-site from our Ameerpet Hyderabad office.
