Job Description
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Compensation: $15$18/hr
Shifts Available:6am-10:30am 4pm-7:30pm
Were looking for a friendly reliable and customer-focused individual to be the face of our gym. As a Front Desk Associate youll be the first point of contact for our members and guests helping create a welcoming and organized environment.
- Greet members and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about memberships classes and services
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Assist with new membership sign-ups and promote ongoing gym offers
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and hygienic front area
- Restock and manage front desk and bathroom supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a smooth member experience
- Previous customer service experience preferred (especially in fitness or hospitality)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems
- Responsible punctual and detail-oriented
- Passion for health and fitness a plus!
