Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor systems during the exciting transition to Zoho FSM (Field Service Management)
- Oversee incoming service requests leads and job opportunities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Strategically assign work orders and jobs to field team members for optimal efficiency
- Track and update job statuses ensuring smooth progression through the service pipeline
- Handle comprehensive file management email correspondence and calendar coordination
- Perform advanced CRM management and maintain accurate data systems
- Execute targeted cold calling campaigns to business owners restaurants and doctor s offices
- Conduct proactive outreach using carefully curated lead lists
- Generate detailed daily reports on sales activities and outcomes for leadership review
- Provide exceptional customer service support for all incoming inquiries
- Help maintain organizational excellence as lead volume increases with business growth
Requirements
- Proven experience with CRM systems (ZOHO HubSpot Salesforce or similar platforms) ZOHO is highly preferred
- Strong sales skills with confidence in high-volume cold calling and lead conversion
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and rejections with professionalism and persistence
- Excellent customer service experience with outstanding communication skills
- Solid administrative background including file email and calendar management expertise
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours with full availability during business hours
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing sales pipelines and lead qualification processes
- Professional phone presence and strong verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
